Our name reflects the order at our foundation: God first, then us as human beings. Christi, meaning “of Christ,” represents our faith. Alonzo, our founder’s middle name, places him within the story as one example of the humanity we all share.

The sunflower symbolizes that strength. Its turn toward the sun represents our courage to face our past, failures, fears, and hardships. Though our challenges differ, we share the capacity to overcome them.
